Job Role: Export Compliance Specialist.

Notice: Immediate Joiners.

Work Location: Coimbatore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations and create Part.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

- Communicate with internal teams (Ex: sales team) to ensure smooth export operations.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations, including customs laws and trade agreements.

- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the export process, such as delays or discrepancies.

- Ensure that products meet the regulatory and safety standards of the destination country.

- Ensure that documents are accurate and complete to avoid delays.

- Experience working in Product regulations is Mandatory.

Qualification:

- We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who has completed an Engineering degree, preferably with a background in the Manufacturing industry.

- Flexibility.

Reporting:

Night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Week offs: Saturday and Sunday.

Location: Coimbatore, India.

Work from the office.
