VRIZE - Senior Finance Manager

Qualifications :

- Between CA Inter and CA final - Passed preferred but not completed is acceptable should the candidate have good experience thereafter.

- About 5 -10 years of post-qualification/completion experience, preferably with an IT company.

Role Overview :

- The role is a Finance controller function who will closely monitor all the spend and all the revenue, getting financial records, analyzing and reporting on the performance, and continuous improvement on financial processes for the global operations of VRIZE based out of Bengaluru.

- He needs to have been in a middle management (finance) role for about 5 years having handled some independent function for smaller companies (Rs 200 Cr+).

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.

- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process to provide the executive team with accurate forecasts and performance metrics.

- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports that reflect the company's operational performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycles to ensure optimal resource allocation across various business units.

- Must be willing to manage finance operations across time zones.

Work Requirements :

- Candidate must be willing to travel to Raipur for work purposes and work 5 days a week from Bangalore when required.
