VRIZE - Senior Finance Lead - Global Operations

Experience: 10-15 years.

Role Overview:

- The Senior Finance Lead - Global Operations will oversee end-to-end financial management across geographies, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and financial integrity.

- This role will act as a key finance partner to regional (Geo) teams and corporate stakeholders, driving financial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence from India while supporting global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):.

- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to leadership.

Global Finance Operations:.

- Manage accounting, consolidation, and monthly/quarterly reporting across global entities.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.

- Liaise with Geo finance leads to standardize reporting and ensure data integrity across regions.

- Coordinate with Federal Bank and other global banking partners for treasury management, cash flow, and international transactions.

Business Partnering:.

- Support pricing models, investment proposals, and commercial negotiations.

Governance, Risk & Compliance:.

- Maintain robust internal control frameworks across all entities.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and compliance with global tax and legal requirements.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Leadership & Team Management:.

- Lead and mentor a distributed finance team operating across geographies.

- Promote continuous improvement and automation of finance processes.

- Foster collaboration between India finance hub and Geo finance teams for seamless global operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:.

- Strong understanding of international financial reporting, consolidation, and cross-border finance operations.

- Proven track record in managing multi-Geo financial functions.

- Strong liaison and stakeholder management skills - with internal (Geo teams, leadership) and external (banks, auditors) partners.

Qualifications:.

- 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a multinational or IT/technology environment.

- Exposure to global operations, treasury management, and cross-border compliance preferred.

Work Mode:.

- Based in Bangalore India, operating in close collaboration with Geo finance teams across US, and other geo's accounting partners.

- Flexibility to work across time zones.
