Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan Associates solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in supply chain planning processes and will lead quality assurance efforts across complex supply chain implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead QA activities for Supply Chain Planning applications using Manhattan Associates

- Validate end-to-end supply chain processes including:

- Demand Forecasting

- Inventory Planning

- Demand Planning

- Supply Planning

- Replenishment

- Distribution Planning

- Design and execute QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for large-scale supply chain programs

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure solution quality

- Identify defects, track resolution, and ensure timely closure

- Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members

- Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across delivery cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with a strong focus on QA

- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and workflows

- Experience working as a Supply Chain Lead or QA Lead

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
