Vrinsoft - Manager - Business Development Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

- Optimize internal processes for improved performance and cost efficiency

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution of business goals

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports

- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

- Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- 7+ years of proven experience in business development and operations management

- Prior experience working in IT Services is mandatory

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial planning

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
