Vridhi Finserv Home Finance - Senior Business Analyst

This role will lead strategic business analysis across housing finance operations, focusing on digital transformation, LOS/LMS platforms, and AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a techno-functional expert who can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, identify and evaluate strategic partners, and drive innovation through AI and automation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead digital transformation initiatives across lending systems to enhance process efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements, document processes, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Act as a subject matter expert for LOS/LMS platforms, mapping end-to-end lending workflows and identifying areas for automation or improvement.

- Analyze and optimize lending operations including application processing, credit evaluation, disbursement, and collections.

- Evaluate and onboard technology partners, vendors, and SaaS providers, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, and documentation to support development, testing, and implementation.

- Drive Agile delivery practices, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting project updates, business cases, and insights to leadership.

- Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and RBI/NBFC regulatory frameworks.

- Monitor performance metrics, create dashboards, and track success of digital initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5 to 10 years in business analysis within BFSI,

- Experience in housing finance or NBFCs or LOS/LMS product company focused on digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

- Techno-Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of LOS/LMS platforms, lending lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks.

- AI Acumen: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and business applications.

- Partner Management: Experience in evaluating and onboarding technology partners and vendors.

- Tools: DB SQL, python, BPM tools, data visualization platforms.

- Communication: Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.

Preferred Attributes:

- Exposure to cloud-based lending platforms and SaaS ecosystems.

- Experience in agile delivery models and digital product development.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
