
Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Looking for candidates based in Bangalore only.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding across technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality talent
- Manage and update recruitment trackers, ensuring data accuracy and transparency
- Build and maintain a strong database of resumes for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire
- Lead employer branding initiatives and improve visibility on relevant platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and labor laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Required Skillsets:
- Expertise in using ATS tools, resume databases, and online sourcing techniques
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in maintaining reports, dashboards, and recruitment trackers
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
