- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks and present actionable recommendations.

3. Cross-functional Coordination:

- Work closely with leadership teams across business, operations, marketing, sales, finance, HR, and other functions.

- Ensure alignment between the Founders priorities and execution across teams.

- Follow up on critical action items and ensure timely closure.

- Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.

- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, minutes, and action trackers wherever required.

- Maintain visibility on important business initiatives and proactively highlight areas requiring the Founders attention.

4. PR, Media & External Communication:

- Coordinate with the Founders PR agency and external communication partners.

- Support the Founder in managing media interactions, interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances.

- Prepare briefing documents, talking points, research notes, and background material for external engagements.

- Help organize and prioritize information required by the Founder for important decisions.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder when required.

- Ensure timely follow-up on commitments, discussions, and strategic initiatives.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information.

6. Travel & Public Engagements:

- Be comfortable travelling frequently with the Founder for business meetings, events, conferences, and other engagements.

- Coordinate logistics and schedules around business travel and external engagements.

- Accompany the Founder during important meetings and public-facing events as required.

- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, clients, partners, agencies, and other external stakeholders during travel and events.
