We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager - SAP to join our team in Mumbai.
In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be instrumental in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, particularly within the Gujarat market.

What You'll Do:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities for Rise/Grow with SAP, AMS (Application Management Services), and Professional Services, with a specific focus on the Gujarat market.
- Proposal Development: Develop compelling and tailored business proposals that clearly articulate value propositions and solution benefits to potential clients.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential client needs within the SAP ecosystem.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, and nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued growth and satisfaction.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed defined business development goals and sales targets.
- Solution Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored SAP solutions are proposed and delivered, meeting specific client requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 10-12 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales for SAP services and solutions.
- Mandatory experience in selling Rise/Grow with SAP, AMS, and Professional Services.
- Demonstrated success within the Gujarat market is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and their various applications.
- Strong ability to develop and deliver impactful business proposals.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
