VP - Customer Success & Growth - Internet/Online (10-18 yrs)
Hiring for one of the fastest growing Fintech startups :
you'll play a pivotal role in not just ensuring clients are successfully on-boarded, but also in driving account growth, maximizing share of wallet, and ensuring client stickiness and high NRR. Your tenure in enterprise sales, especially with challenger brands, will be instrumental in building and fostering long- term client relationships.
Team leadership: Setup, lead and drive a team of client success managers and associates to drive outcomes (revenue growth, high client NPS, high NRR). Ensuring the team has the resources and training needed to excel in their roles.
Business & account growth: Collaborate with internal (sales/ acquisition teams, opera- ons, supply and tech/ product) and client stakeholders (finance, procurement & admin) to drive product implementation and ensure ramp- up within the account .
Performance tracking & reporting: Regularly report on client health, growth metrics & retention rates, and provide insights and strategies to the leadership.
Feedback loop: Work with product and tech teams to communicate client feedback, ensuring that our product evolves based on real- world client needs and
Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision- makers within the client organizations.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably having owned national sales/ key accounts mandates with challenger brands.
- Strong understanding of the post- sales client journey in India market context, with proven ability to drive account ramp- up and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams to revenue outcomes.
- Comfortable operation in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
