The HR & Communication team defines and drives organisation's people strategy, operating as a strategic business partner for the Executive Leadership team to enable them to deliver their strategic business priorities. The HR and Communication team is composed by a set of Centers of Expertise, Transversal teams, and a coming HR Shared Services Center. The HR & Communication team aims at: 1. Building capabilities: talent acquisition and talent development 2. Leveraging capabilities: workforce management and performance & rewards 3. Protecting capabilities: employee experience and lifecycle management 4. Engaging capabilities: communication, DEI and CSR PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES - 14+ years of experience and demonstrated skills in developing, managing and delivering communications, DEI and CSR strategies and plans in a large and complex organization. - Consulting, IT, BFSI, GCC career background. - Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with a high degree of ownership. - Expertise in communications concepts, practices, strategies and tactics based on understanding of key audiences and corporate objectives. - Knowledge of Indian CSR laws. - Strong ability to work effectively across functions and levels; proven collaborator. - Ability to counsel and interface successfully with senior executives. - Understanding about how to effectively use communications to influence internal and external audiences. - Able to align and integrate communications strategy with business strategy. - Ability to research, develop, deliver and measure communications strategies and plans. - Ability to assimilate strategic information and convert it into clear, articulated and impactful messages adapted to the audience. - Able to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at once and maintain professionalism under pressure. - Strong analytical (leveraging data), planning, attention to detail, and prioritizing skills. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required; French language is a key asset - Proactive, self-starter, and able to work independently. - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills and the ability to interact with confidence with various levels and functions. Technical expertise - High proficiency level in using XLS, PPT, Power BI and Power Automate - Expertise in leveraging social media: LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, Facebook - Certification in Digital Marketing and Emotional Intelligence
