Tech/ MCA with sound experience on .Net Frame work/ J2EE architecture  Experience : 12 - 22 years of technology development experience  Location : Noida ( only Delhi/ NCR candidates being considered as of now )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate will head the new product development, existing products upgradation, latest technology adaptation, infrastructure functions, and manage the technical project teams.  - He/she will aim to achieve robust product performance, quick turnarounds of customer requirements, productizing/ modularizing various product elements, new service concepts etc. while being supported by a reliable infrastructure.  - Ideal candidate would be in 35-45 age group should have had some years of project management/ product development background in front line IT companies, direct familiarity with Java/ .Net, Requirements templates, CRs handling, modern IT infra etc. are expected skill sets.  - Should have had customer facing experience, in addition to dealing with outsourced development teams.   - Should come from a top quality systems environment.  - Should be a BE/ B. Tech/ MCA with sound experience on .Net Frame work/ J2EE architecture. Coding experience and first-hand working knowledge of current web technologies.  - Technical Project Management experience (estimation, HLD, planning, monitoring).   - Strong development skills with complete SDLC knowledge and ability to take up multiple projects with ownership of project including delivery.   - Experience in Windows/Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems and developing large scale web applications.
