Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports and business performance metrics.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

- Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to financial policies and compliance.

- Monitor and manage financial risks and ensure effective controls are in place.

- Lead financial analysis to support business initiatives and growth plans.

- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.

- Proficiency in financial software and analytical tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is an advantage.

- MBA or relevant professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred.
