Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our E-commerce division.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of extensive experience in the E-commerce industry, specifically in the domestic market.
They should have a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling E-commerce operations, with a strong emphasis on quick commerce channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive online sales growth and profitability.
- Manage the end-to-end E-commerce operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Lead a team of E-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Implement best practices in E-commerce operations, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to enhance E-commerce capabilities.
- Oversee the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the quick commerce channel, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor E-commerce KPIs and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant technologies and practices into the E-commerce strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in E-commerce management, preferably in the domestic market.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing E-commerce platforms, with experience in quick commerce channels highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
