Job Summary We are looking for candidates to lead the strategic direction and management of our Benefit Administration Technology programs. This role requires expertise in Technology Leadership, managing transitions, overseeing large-scale programs, and providing innovative solutions within our benefits administration platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of benefits processes, and a commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Managing Technology and business in progressively complex delivery roles including Development, implementation and maintenance of Benefit Administration Technology Platforms - Responsible to Develop and articulate a clear technology strategy that aligns with the organizations business objectives and growth plans. - Oversee the planning and execution of large transitions related to benefits administration, including vendor changes and system integrations. - Lead the selection and integration of new team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing internal team. - Implement effective change management strategies to support employees through transitions and ensure continued engagement and productivity. - Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet the needs of the workforce. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. - Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team focused on providing solutions and enhancements to the benefits administration platform. - Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to propose and implement creative solutions. - Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring alignment on objectives and performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored benefits solutions. - Ensure all benefits programs comply with applicable regulations, federal and state laws. - Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Prepare and present comprehensive reports to leadership on program status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives. Preferred Skills - Strong Technology Delivery management skills with a focus on delivering results in complex environments. - Proven experience in managing large-scale Java/J2EE or any other Web based application development projects in Agile environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Certifications in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS) or project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Masters Degree.
