Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

Role Overview:

Lead strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. This role involves driving key business initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

- Define and drive company-wide strategic priorities and growth initiatives.

- Identify and implement industry disrupting initiatives.

- Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.

- Take well thought out decisions with limited data and in ambiguous environments.

- Team leadership.

What Were Looking For:

- 7-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams.

- Location: From our Delhi office.
