Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Business Development Manager to lead product sales while expanding our global market reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Voxvalley's solutions to telecom operators, MVNOs, MVNEs, and aggregators, identifying new business opportunities, pitching our offerings, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Voxvalley's telecom products (eSIM, white-label softphones, CPaaS APIs, SDKs). - Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, MVNOs, MVNEs, aggregators, service providers, enterprises, and resellers. - Understand customer pain points and propose tailored Voxvalley telecom solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling product demos and presentations. - Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with client requirements. - Maintain sales pipeline and accurate reporting using CRM tools. - Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and increase brand visibility. - Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in B2B product sales, ideally in telecom, SaaS, or communication technology. - Strong knowledge of CPaaS, eSIM, UCaaS, CCaaS, and related telecom technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to interact with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, etc.). - Experience working with global markets (USA, Europe, Africa, India). - Proficiency in CRM. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Good to Have (Optional): - Aggressive, hunter mindset. - High commitment and ownership. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, telecommunications, or related field. - MBA is a plus.
