Voltas - Manager - Finance Controller - CA

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Work in close coordination with the Business Finance Heads to facilitate the statutory reporting of financial results of Voltas.

- Work in collaboration with the MIS Lead and team for collating the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Voltas.

- Work with auditors for closure of the accurate financial results on a quarterly / annual basis.

- Drive digitalization in Financial Statement preparation for automated and accurate financial data (support the MIS teams).

- Facilitate with the MIS, Secretarial and Commercial teams, preparation of the Annual Report, Director's Report and other statutory requirements

- Work in collaboration with other Finance sub functions for finalization of Financial Statements.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

- Strong understanding of business

- Detailed and updated understanding of Local Statutory and LODR requirements

- Have a history of working in Listed entities and managing Standalone & Subsidiary Financials.

- Track record of implementing digital initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Chartered Accountant

- Around 10 years of experience of Financial Reporting in a medium-large scale organization
