- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, and finance stakeholders to build robust and realistic financial plans.

- Own the rolling forecast process, incorporating performance trends, market dynamics, and business outlooks to provide timely forward-looking insights.

- Conduct P&L variance analysis, including Budget vs Actuals and Forecast vs Actuals, with clear articulation of drivers and implications.

- Review, analyze, and escalate exceptional or high-impact expense items, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

- Deliver actionable insights through management reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

- Lead and drive finance automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time in reporting and analysis.

- Manage and enhance finance dashboards and MIS, enabling real-time visibility into business performance.

- Partner with IT and analytics teams to implement scalable tools and systems for FP&A transformation.

- Act as a central FP&A point of contact, coordinating with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency, governance, and best practices.

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes through data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
