Volody - Assistant Vice President - Technology

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and enhancement of our legal tech platform using advanced PHP framework, Laravel, React, and Python.

- Ensure the platform's robustness, scalability, and security to meet high industry standards.

- Manage API integrations and oversee cloud server management.

- Ensure top-notch security management to protect sensitive data, culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

- Collaborate with the business team to build world-class legal tech products.

- Interact with senior-level customers to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Oversee the development team, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.

- Drive innovation and problem-solving initiatives within the team.

- Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

- Provide technical guidance and support to senior-level clients.

- Ensure the delivery of stable, robust, secure, and scalable products.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Advanced knowledge and experience with PHP framework, Laravel, React, Python, API integrations, cloud server management, and security management.

Industry Experience:

- Proven experience working in a software product company, specifically in the legal tech domain.

- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise clients across the globe.

- Strong team management skills and a process-oriented approach.

- Proven track record of building stable, robust, secure, and scalable products.

- Excellent communication skills and experience in senior-level client interactions.

- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and demonstrate a commitment to innovation and problem-solving.

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles.

- Experience with international enterprise clients.

- Strong understanding of legal tech industry trends and challenges.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
