Finance Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control functions within our organization.

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic business decisions, managing financial risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and leadership abilities to manage finance teams and collaborate effectively across departments.

- Manage the companys financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.

- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury functions.

- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business growth opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements.

- Lead financial risk management, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk assessments.

- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

- Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, sales, and operations to align financial goals with business objectives.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles with demonstrated leadership or managerial responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
