Role purpose :   - To support and co-ordinate the strategy & activities.   Core competencies, knowledge and experience :  - Excellent communication skills  - Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills  - Experience of Business Intelligence and Analytics environment  - Experience of Shared Services  . Understanding of Analytic tools (SAS, SPSS, R etc)  . Understanding of Visualization tools like Qlikview, Tableu etc.  . Understanding of modeling like: Predictive, Machine learning, regression analysis, statistical modeling etc  - Experience of delivering effectively in a fast paced, cross-functional and entrepreneurial environment with an ability to adapt quickly and work independently and proactively,   - Energetic, nimble, proactive, keen to learn and progress   Must have technical / professional qualifications :   - Good understanding of Analytic & BI Space and IT  - Graduate/Post Graduate  . Telecom domain will be added advantage  Key accountabilities and decision ownership :  - Create & own proposition pack for GBIS capabilities across centers.  - Customize proposition packs in line with stakeholder expectations  - Benchmark GBIS capabilities to best in class offering, conduct Gap analysis and recommend improvement opportunities to GBIS management.  - Participate in Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP) for GBIS requirements  - Partner with delivery teams to deliver Proof Of Concepts(POC)  - Plan & set up introduction meetings with local market & Group stakeholders to showcase GBIS capabilities  - Follow up with business stakeholders post capability showcase & coordinating additional information needs.  - Translate business engagement into a valid business case in partnership with CDU team   - Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.   - Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of migration projects & handover to migration teams  - Manage GBIS skill set library  - Update demand management tools to drive efficient resource planning.
