The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the Senior HRBP and business leaders to deliver the people agenda for the designated business function. This role provides expert guidance across a broad range of HR activities and supports strategic workforce plans that enable long- term organisational success. The individual acts as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring that people decisions positively influence business performance and align with organisational values.

What you will do
- Apply best practice knowledge to contribute to the development of future organisational capabilities.
- Understand business priorities and advise leaders on people- related decisions that contribute to positive commercial outcomes.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with management teams and act as a connector between the business and HR Centres of Expertise.
- Lead and support transformation initiatives designed to enhance organisational, team and individual effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively to empower managers in driving engagement and sustaining the organisations culture and values.
- Identify people or process- related trends, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to the agreed HR agenda.
- Promote an inclusive culture and champion the HR operating model.
- Provide informal guidance to junior HR team members when required.
