Job Purpose:
Drive digital marketing strategy for Vi Business and align it with overall business goals to ensure marketing is contributing towards organization success through lead generation, online brand awareness and automation.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies
- Deep knowledge of digital eco system , hands on experience on with paid, owned media, and search campaigns
- Performance/Paid Marketing campaigns and digital media expertise
- Building Martech capabilities and platforms through tech integrations
- Marketing Automation Platforms Integration of platforms with Vi Business CRMs, experimentation and testing , introduction of new technologies like AI, data management and enrichment.
- Lead SEO strategy from design to execution effectiveness, search rankings, keyword performances, traffic growth
- Digital business generation for all lines of business
- UI/UX management for digital assets website, app, service platforms etc
- End to end Website Management: Content updation, Product journeys creation and deployment, lead generation to drive top funnel for sales, lead nurturing, monthly health check of website, enhancements and audits.
Spends and Budget management
- Ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual digital marketing calendar
- Dashboard management, reporting and analysing digital metrics
- Cross-functional collaboration with brand, products, LOBs , segments and IT
Team management
- On boarding and management of Digital Agencies, Vendors & Platform Management
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- Digital Campaigns, Web & Mobile Analytics, Web Promotion, Keyword Research, Paid Marketing, SEO, Website Traffic Optimization, Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital journeys, lead generation strategies, digital business, Vendor Management
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- MBA , Marketing
- Minimum of 15-20 yrs experience in digital marketing
