Job Purpose:
- The ASM appoints and manages TSXs & Promoter's to effectively Promote Prepaid SIMs, MNP & Recharges.
- He /She is responsible for TSXs & Promoter Monthly Target Achaemenes.
- Appoint and manage Distributors in defined market geography
- Visit markets as per PJP to strengthen market execution & trade relationships
- Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
Customer Acquisition:
- Acquire customers with a view to gain Market share as well as contribute to Cluster business objectives
Distribution:
- Establish Best-in-Class distribution footprint and boost MRD contribution along with promoter productivity.
Revenue:
- Aid the achievement of Revenue targets by driving higher acquisition quality leading to higher recharging base. Ensure strong governance investment and working capital Management
Digitalization and Sales Transformation:
- Drive Sales Automation, new Projects and a Digital culture among Team members
People:
- Drive a high engagement while inculcating performance culture along with investment in learning & development
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
- Effective Distributor Management
- Motivate team & build capability
- Skilled in conflict management
- Self-driven, can operate with minimal guidance
- Must have technical / professional qualifications
- MBA preferred
- English & local market language
- Can interpret & construct performance reports
