Job Purpose To Share the health of Service Operations Sub-Function on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis. Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas 1. Provide Visibility on Contact Center & Back-office Performance on a Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis. 2. Structure Reporting format & Frequency for all Service partner teams as per standard definition for all KPIs governed through their respective Contracts & as per Business requirement. 3. Collaborate with Cluster Heads & Circle team to ensure CC & Back-office KPI performance are reported in line with standardized definitions as prescribed by Corporate Leadership. 4. Report CC & BO performance figures for Service Operations for KPIs as defined by regulatory team on a Monthly/Quarterly basis. 5. Extract raw data that are applicable to Service Operations team from IT platforms such as, (but not limited to) BI, SAS, COGNOS; transform them into meaningful business Insights & share on a Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis.
