We have urgent opening for US Staffing Professionals (VMS Model) to take the ownership of VMS recruitment deliverables for Biotech/Pharmaceutical companies. This is a Salaried, 100% REMOTE Opportunity. Inviting suitable candidates to apply from all over India. Ideal candidate for will have: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Staffing MUST HAVE experience in work with leading MSP programs and strong experience in working on requirements from Pharmaceutical clients. - Good experience in VMS Model and VMS applications. - Working closely with MSP Coordinators and build rapport. - Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring. - Expert in active searches US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc.), passive searches, pro-active recruitment and building pipeline for frequent job requests. - Thorough in qualifying candidates based on requirement and gather details for VMS client submittal. - Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirement. - Pay negotiation with the candidate and sub-contracting - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Highly motivated and work in a fast-paced environment. - Willing to work in USA PST Time Zone
