The incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing employee experience, optimizing HR operations, and ensuring that our human capital initiatives directly contribute to VMock's growth and innovation in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, establishing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract high-caliber professionals in a competitive tech landscape.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to drive individual and team accountability and foster continuous improvement.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with regulatory requirements to attract and retain key talent.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee relations matters, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Drive organizational development efforts, including succession planning, leadership development, and change management, to build a resilient and adaptable workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India, establishing robust HR policies and procedures that mitigate risk and promote ethical practices.
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to inform decision-making, optimize HR processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and building strong relationships.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR operations.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
- Master's degree or PGDM in Human Resources from a premier institution.
