Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our human resources team. This role is crucial for executing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience and an MBA, bringing a strategic perspective to sourcing and candidate management. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, manage a robust talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer management.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on recruitment status.

- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Candidate Management: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, and maintain timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

- Recruitment Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and contribute to reports on key metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.

- MBA-Specific Responsibilities: Leverage your business acumen to improve recruitment processes, analyze market trends, and contribute to talent acquisition strategy discussions.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

- An MBA degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong sourcing skills across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement.

- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics
