Role Summary The Strategy Manager will be a key driver of the company's corporate strategy, market analysis, and potential M&A activities.
This role requires exceptional analytical skills, structured problem-solving ability, and the capacity to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the annual and long-term strategic planning cycle, identifying key growth areas, market trends, and competitive threats.
- Market Entry/Expansion: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling for new business opportunities and geographic expansion.
- M&A Support: Assist in the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration planning.
- Internal Consulting: Function as an internal consultant for various business units, solving high-priority operational and strategic challenges.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA (Mandatory): Full-time MBA from a premier/Tier-1 institution (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI).
- Experience: 4-7 years of total experience, including significant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or an in-house corporate strategy team.
- Exceptional financial acumen, data modeling, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
