Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manager Data & System Integration is a mid-senior data capability champion responsible for aligning marketing and customer data system across Salesforce, analytics, legacy SAP.
- This resource will manage enterprise data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and cross-channel integrations to drive real-time personalization, platform experimentation, and performance intelligence across 8+ markets.
- This is a hybrid strategic, technical, and consultative role-ideal for someone who combines Martech consulting experience with technical fluency in CRM data architecture, analytics readiness, and cross-regional stakeholder engagement.
- The resource will work daily with data teams handing data from different geographies, lead conversations with global analytics, and consult markets on platform-driven innovation.
- The resource will also serve as the data integration counterpart to the Digital Operations Lead and Digital Experience Lead-ensuring the Martech stack works as one coherent ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities:
Data Strategy, Architecture & Governance:
- Manage and monitor data pipelines across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, SAP, and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Provide a structured approach to building data pipelines for data integration, transforming, and loading into a target system.
- Partner with global marketing data teams to align enterprise data architecture with evolving use cases.
- Govern data mapping, field standardization, consent tracking, and platform tagging across CRM and web properties.
- Co-ordination (remote) with Market teams from Southeast Asia, Oceania and Middle East to understand the market-specific systems and data architecture.
Regional Data & Communication:
- Oversee coordination with CRM data ops teams and analytics leads in India, and platform partners globally.
- Deliver clear, structured data presentations and insights to business and technical audiences alike.
Analytics Integration & Performance Enablement:
- Define the tagging and tracking strategy that enables end-to-end performance visibility across media, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Ensure data feeds into analytics dashboards (Power BI, internal Ford tools) are accurate, complete, and decision-ready.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Science Unit and regional analytics pods to define data readiness protocols and campaign attribution models.
Standards, Documentation & Enablement:
- Maintain technical documentation: field dictionaries, data ingestion maps, consent logic, and integration frameworks.
- Design SOPs, QA checklists, and incident response protocols for all major data pipelines.
- Train regional teams and agencies on data model changes, tagging protocols, and Salesforce activation best practices.
Skills and competencies:
- 6+ years in data architecture, CRM data strategy, or marketing technology integration.
- A senior Martech consultant, data strategist, or enterprise architect with hands-on Salesforce and ETL leadership experience.
- Someone who enjoys translating between business goals and data architecture-and can influence across IT, marketing, and analytics.
- A collaborator who works well in matrixed teams, leads by influence, and thrives on large-scale transformation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and legacy SAP data models.
- Experience designing and scaling ETL pipelines via tools such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Fivetran, or custom APIs.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy (GDPR, PDPA), consent management, and tagging architecture.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools.
