Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR advisor and consultant to the senior leadership of the assigned business unit, translating business strategy into HR actions.
Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end talent cycle, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Organizational Design: Drive change management and organizational design initiatives to improve efficiency, role clarity, and cultural transformation.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage complex employee relations issues and develop strategies to boost employee engagement and retention within the business unit.
Compensation & Benefits: Partner with the C&B team to manage annual compensation reviews and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM (HR/General Management Mandatory): Full-time MBA/PGDM from a premier/Tier-1 institution (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIMs).
Experience:
- 6-9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a core HR Business Partner supporting a large, complex client group.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use HR data and analytics to inform business decisions.
