Role Summary The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key growth levers, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization features across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and monetization initiatives based on deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven hypotheses.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design (UX/UI), Data Science, and Marketing teams to launch and iterate on high-impact products.
Metrics Ownership: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAU/MAU, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Customer Advocacy: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand pain points and latent needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (Highly Preferred): MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a core Product Management role, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Strong technical aptitude to engage effectively with engineering teams.
