Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Corporate Finance Manager to strengthen our Finance team in Mumbai.

The successful candidate, with an MBA in Finance and 4-6 years of experience, will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and supporting critical treasury and corporate development functions.

This role is crucial for maintaining financial health and providing the financial insights necessary for strategic corporate decisions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning (LRP).

- Perform in-depth variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable commentary to leadership on business performance.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate capital investments, cost-saving initiatives, and business segment profitability.

- Corporate Treasury & Funding Support: Manage daily cash flow, optimize working capital, and monitor liquidity positions.

- Support the Treasury team in managing bank relationships, negotiating credit facilities, and mitigating financial risks (e.g., currency, interest rate).

- Assist in evaluating and structuring potential debt or equity funding rounds.

- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports (MIS), including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, adhering to IFRS/Indian GAAP standards.

- Collaborate with the Accounting and Audit teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Corporate Development & M&A: Provide financial due diligence support for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including target valuation and synergy modeling.

- Analyze and present the financial impact of strategic business decisions and capital allocation to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Required: Full-time MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Finance from a premier institute.

- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory.

- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and corporate governance.

- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and comfort working with large datasets.

- Preferred: Certification such as CFA, FRM, or CA/CMA is highly advantageous.

- Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP FICO, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience in the BFSI or FinTech sector is a strong plus
