Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Key Account Manager.
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and executing account management strategies.
- Daily tasks include analyzing account data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Account Management and Key Account skills.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Food, Agri, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
