Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for leading and managing the social media strategy for the iQOO CEOs official social channels in India.
The incumbent will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and performance optimization of content and campaigns across platforms, driving engagement, brand affinity, and visibility in alignment with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, plan, and execute the CEOs social media strategy to enhance brand image, leadership voice, and audience engagement.
- Conceptualize content themes aligned with product launches, thought leadership, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social platforms.
Content Development & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal design teams, production houses, and external agencies to create high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform.
- Drive creative ideation for organic and paid content formats, including short videos, reels, stories, posts, and live sessions.
- Collaborate with the GTM and product teams to align social media activities with campaign goals and marketing timelines.
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage social media campaigns for both brand-building and product-led initiatives.
- Work closely with media and digital teams to execute paid promotions across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize creative and media strategies for improved ROI.
Monitoring & Insights
- Continuously track social media trends, competitor activities, and benchmark performance against key brands.
- Utilize analytics tools to derive insights, prepare reports, and share recommendations for strategic improvement.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and topical engagement.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with PR and communications teams to maintain message consistency across owned and earned media.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proven expertise in social content planning, campaign management, and audience engagement.
- Strong creative judgment and visual storytelling sense.
- Proficiency with analytics and social listening tools (e.
, Sprout, Hootsuite, or native insights dashboards).
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
- Experience in managing leadership or brand social accounts is highly preferred.
- Exposure to both organic and paid content strategies
