About the job:
JOB PURPOSE:
- To manage and fulfil the requirements of a highly dynamic Product team where we are obsessed with consumer needs.
- Defining product KSPs, competition tracking, Product Definition, Life cycle management, and key stakeholder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consumer research: Systematically study target users, identify key usage scenarios of target users and their underlying psychological needs under the scenarios; Differentiate the peak experience/trough experience of the target group, and efficiently gain insight into the core needs of consumers in all aspects of AIPL.
- Competitive Analysis: Contentious tracking of the product strategies of competitors, conduct systematic and in-depth research on competitive target groups, and clarify the similarities and differences of each target group and derive actionable insights with primary and secondary research to build a differentiating product positioning and superiority.
- Product Definition: Based on systematic research, competitive analysis and future tech trends, define the product Definition to be able to improve the user experience and ensure the certainty of winning.
- Leverage the collective insights to define the product roadmap, positioning, and sales forecast of the premium segment in concert with India and China teams.
- Market Promotions/Go-to-market Communication: Collaborate with multiple internal functional stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy for the upcoming product launch.
- PR Immersion /Launch event: Lead the launch event of the next generation product together with internal and external teams (KOL) to drive a successful, state-of-the-art keynote and script conjunction.
- Marketing assets review: Support the Digital, Retail, PR and Training teams to review the product related information in all Marketing assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- External stakeholders (MTK/Qualcomm): Maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive seamless collaboration and industry awareness.
Minimum Qualifications - MBA
Overall experience - 4-8 years in Mobile Industry/Automobile/Electronics Industry
