Viva Connect - Project Manager - IT & Communication

As a Project Manager, you'll take charge of IT and communication projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

You'll lead Agile teams, scrum calls over look Jira collaborate with stakeholders, and make a real difference.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Project Ownership :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Prepare quotes and effort estimates for stakeholders.

Agile Leadership :

- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Drive a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.

- Partner with Product Owners and Software developers to track progress.

Stakeholder Management :

- Share regular project updates and ensure alignment.

- Tackle challenges and remove blockers affecting timelines.

Team Collaboration :

- Build a productive team environment and offer constructive feedback.

- Keep the backlog updated to reflect real-time project status.

Release Coordination :

- Oversee deployments and ensure proper testing.

- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and documentation standards.

Continuous Improvement :
