JOB SPECIFICATION:

Position: Senior Manager Digital Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Senior Vice President, Digital Marketing

Viu, PCCW's leading pan-regional over-the-top (OTT) video streaming service, is available in 16
markets across Asia, the Middle East and South Africa with over 62 million monthly super-active
users (December 2023) and 13.4 million (2023) premium subscribers and counting.


The Viu service is available to consumers through a dual model with an ad-supported free tier and a
premium subscription tier. Viu offers fresh premium TV series, movies and lifestyle programming in
local and regional languages and subtitles in different genres from top content providers, as well as
premium original productions under the brand "Viu Original".


Viu also offers users streaming and download features, and localized user interfaces across a myriad
of connected devices. Viu can provide the best viewing experience regardless of device or network
conditions.


The service can be accessed via Viu app (available for free on App Store and Google Play) on
connected devices, e.g. smartphones and tablets, select smart TVs, as well as on the web by logging
into www.viu.com.

In addition, Viu International Limited, through its subsidiary Moov (Hong Kong) Limited, also
operates MOOV, a popular digital music streaming and live music concerts service in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Partnership scope includes working with business team on 360-degree digital marketing needs - deliver key user KPIs (New user acquisition, User engagement, Subscriptions , Revenue etc.), budget and portfolio management, campaign planning & delivery

- Coordinate with digital marketing team delivery heads, including acquisition, retention/ CRM and analytics, as required, to build and deliver on digital marketing plans and requirements

- Maintain extensive communication across stakeholders and build strong strategic relationships

- Drive business and delivery teams towards business plan achievement and success on key metrics on scale and efficiency

- Align stakeholders regularly on developments, target achievement and initiatives

- In concert with other members of the organization, take a "big picture" perspective and seek to maximize our total digital marketing return

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Experience working with key digital marketing channels and Marketing Technology Tools.

- Understanding various issues pertaining to digital marketing with the ability to problem solve situations and build robust systems and processes to perpetuate best practices and optimal overall digital marketing performance.

- 10+ years of total experience

- 4-5 years of total experience working closely with top management

- Hands on with programmatic channels (Google, Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat), AD-Networks and Re-engagement channels

- High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Ability to build business cases, persuasive data-driven communications to key stakeholders to drive alignment on key priorities and implementation plans

- Ability to roll-up sleeves and get hands-on to deliver key KPIs as required


- Excellent communication skills sideways, upwards and with team members. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ Years of experience with or significant exposure to paid digital marketing

- MBA from a tier 1 institute (Preferred)

- Bachelors from a tier 1 institute (preferably a Tier 1 technical/ analytical degree - Comp.Sc./ Math/ Statistics)
