Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and proactive Accounts Manager responsible to develop strong relationships with Clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Account Manager has to attend client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing

Clients.

In this role, you will liaise with cross functional internal teams to improve the entire Client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all Client account management matters.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Act as the point of contact and handle Clients individual needs.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts & Client stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product team, support team and implementation for client delivery, issues and escalations.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client needs and objectives.

- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly developments to internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet budgets.

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

- Manage Accounts Receivable and should have good understating of PnL.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-6 years' experience

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, BPO experience, or relevant role.

- Understanding insurance is an added advantage.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.

- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to Client needs.

- Should have eye for detail and long view.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
