Vitraya - Data Analyst

Job overview:

- We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in- depth data analysis, identifying errors, generating comprehensive reports, and utilizing Grafana for data visualization.

- The ideal candidate should have 2- 3 years of experience in data analysis, error detection, and reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Savings Report Generation:

- Compile and analyze financial data to identify potential savings opportunities.

- Prepare detailed savings reports for management review.

Error Finding:

- Identify and rectify errors in data sets.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing thorough checks and validations.

In- depth Data Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support decision- making processes.

- Utilize statistical methods and tools to uncover insights and trends.

Report Making:

- Generate clear and concise reports based on data analysis.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a structured format.

Grafana Utilization:

- Create and maintain dashboards in Grafana for real- time data monitoring and visualization.

- Customize Grafana dashboards to meet specific business requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2- 3 years of experience in data analysis, error detection, and report generation.

- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.

- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

- Experience in financial data analysis and cost- saving initiatives.

- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools.

- Experience with Grafana for data visualization and dashboard creation.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
