Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the Hyderabad job market and regional hiring trends to inform sourcing strategy and compensation benchmarking.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Provide daily direction, mentorship, and coaching to the recruiting team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Set clear individual and team hiring goals and manage the recruitment pipeline to meet critical business deadlines.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Manage and optimize the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leverage HR analytics tools to monitor key recruitment metrics (e. , time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their tech and non-tech hiring needs and build robust role specifications.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally in the local talent market.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team-lead role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Market Expertise: Demonstrated success in hiring across multiple functions, especially in both tech and non-tech roles.
