
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, culturally sharp and execution-strong marketer to build a distinctive digital presence and strong media relationships for our caf brand in India. This role will own brand storytelling across social platforms, drive earned media visibility, manage influencers, and support caf launches and campaigns on ground.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Own the social media strategy and monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Create and manage always-on content, campaign-led content, festive moments, product launches and caf openings
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies to deliver high-quality content
- Write on-brand captions, reels scripts, and community responses
- Manage daily posting, monitoring, and community engagement for all channels (DMs, comments, reviews)
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and share monthly insights & recommendations
- Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and cultural moments relevant to Indian audiences
PR & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute the PR strategy aligned with brand positioning
- Build and manage relationships with media, food writers, lifestyle journalists, and city editors
- Plan and execute press previews, caf launches, tasting sessions and brand events
- Drive influencer collaborations - identification, outreach, briefing, execution and reporting
- Manage PR agency (if applicable) and ensure quality coverage
- Track media coverage and maintain PR reports and media databases
Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
- Comfortable being on-ground for launches, shoots and event
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Support national and city-level marketing campaigns
- Assist in crisis communication and online reputation management when required
Experience & Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in social media and PR, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, retail or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of Indian social media culture and food content trends
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills (English; Hindi/regional language is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with influencers, media outreach and campaign execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-city brand environment
- Data-driven mindset with a creative lens
Tools & Knowledge
- Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Meltwater, Sprout, etc.)
- Good understanding of paid social amplification
- PR tools/media databases (preferred but not mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and the complete Microsoft Office suite
