Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Learning & Development Manager to lead end-to-end training initiatives across CI stores PAN India. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee capabilities, improve customer experience, and support business goals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Training Strategy & Execution:

- Design and implement store-level training programs across regions with a focus on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

- Develop and manage the Management Trainee Program to build a pipeline of future leaders.


Training Delivery & Facilitation:

- Conduct training sessions on behavioral skills, soft skills, customer service, and coffee product knowledge.

- Support the rollout and reinforcement of new products and marketing initiatives through structured training.


Instructional Design:

- Create engaging learning content including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, quizzes, and job aids using tools like PowerPoint and LMS platforms.


Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

- Collaborate with store managers and business leaders to assess training requirements and develop targeted interventions.


Operational Integration:

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with operational KPIs, food safety, and brand standards.

- Provide L&D support during new store openings from team identification and certification to full training implementation.


Digital Learning & LMS Implementation:

- Implement a Learning Management System (LMS) across the organization with a strong focus on delivering training through innovative e-learning modules.

- Continuously evolve digital learning strategies to improve accessibility, engagement, and learning outcomes.


Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and Excel-based reporting.

- Maintain training records and generate monthly MIS reports for leadership review.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Operations, HR, and New Product Development (NPD) teams to align training initiatives with strategic objectives.


Audit Readiness & SOP Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to training SOPs and assist in audit preparedness across stores.
