Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Associate with strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of US GAAP.

This remote-first role is ideal for professionals with 57 years of experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance, who can communicate effectively across teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders during financial reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows.

- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working in a multinational or remote-first environment.

- Familiarity with SOX compliance or internal audit processes.

- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
