About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior SEO Analyst to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and increase qualified traffic.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and off-page SEO, and will work closely with content, product, and development teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Own organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics across web properties.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Technical SEO
- Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and implement improvements related to:
- Site architecture and crawlability
- Indexation and canonicalization
- Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Page speed and performance optimization
- Mobile-first indexing and responsive design
- Schema markup and structured data
- Collaborate with developers to resolve SEO issues related to JavaScript rendering, SSR, redirects, pagination, and site migrations.
On-Page SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize website content for relevance, search intent, and conversions.
- Guide content teams on SEO best practices, including content structure, internal linking, metadata, and topical authority.
- Support content planning with SEO-driven topic clusters and content briefs.
- Ensure SEO compliance for new page launches, landing pages, and blog content.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and manage outreach initiatives.
- Track competitor backlink strategies and identify new opportunities.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Track algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, product, design, and engineering teams.
- Mentor junior SEO analysts and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
- Act as the SEO subject-matter expert across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in high-growth digital or product-based companies.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with JavaScript-heavy websites and modern frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
Analytics & Tools
- Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Content & Marketing
- Experience collaborating on SEO-led content strategies.
- Understanding of user intent, funnels, and conversion optimization.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites.
- Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS.
- Understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
