Program Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a results-driven professional who excels at operational management
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of a specific vision benefit program running at our eyewear partners.
Product Ownership and P&L
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle design, development, launch, and growth.
- Manage overall P&L of the program by taking full ownership of the programs financial performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Ensure seamless operations for the program
Partnership Development (Sales)
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard optical retail partners in India and international markets.
- Lead end-to-end discussions including commercials, contracts, and product positioning.
Growth & Performance Management
- Drive the go-live process for each retailer partner including tech setup, product enablement, and sales readiness.
- Post-launch, own and drive growth metrics increase the insurance attachment rate per retailer.
- Define KPIs such as % of eyewear transactions insured, repeat purchases, and customer retention
Prerequisites
- 5-8 years of professional experience in account management, or partnership management roles.
- Direct experience in the employee benefits industry is required.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Prior experience working with insurers, TPAs, or corporate partnerships is a strong plus.
