WHAT WILL YOU DO

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a results-driven professional who excels at operational management

You will be responsible for :

- Overseeing the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of a specific vision benefit program running at our eyewear partners.

- Manage overall P&L of the program by taking full ownership of the program's financial performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

- Ensure seamless operations for the program

- Grow the program by acquiring and cultivating new strategic partners

Prerequisites:

- 5-8 years of professional experience in account management, or partnership management roles.

- Direct experience in the employee benefits industry is required.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
