Pricing Manager Business Unit : Pre-Sales Function Designation : Pricing Manager Education : CA/MBA Work Experience : 7-10 yrs Responsibilities : - Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing for BPM - Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition) - Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis) - Perform P&L analysis at deal and process level - Perform competitor analysis on similar products and services - Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition - Identify ideal pricing structures - Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects - Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives and barriers - Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company - Work with the sales and operations team to define pricing structure for company products - Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions Qualifications : - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good negotiations and problem-solving skills - Effective reporting and presentation skills - Enthusiastic and proactive team playerD Minimum Qualification : - Bachelor's degree - Science/Commerce/BE - MBA Finance or CA Preferred Experience : - Good understanding of the commercial terms and acumen - Knowledge of operating parameters in BPO industry - Should have the ability to work in a high energy start-up environment with new technology solutions. - Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point - Knowledge of different pricing models and how they work and ideal applicability basis type of deal a.
