Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs aligned with organizational goals.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Evaluate and recommend plan improvements for cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal governance, and industry standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, prepare analytical reports, and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies related to compensation and employee benefits.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders, finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits/policy development, with an overall 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications or specialized courses in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
